ABOUT HITOTOKI
Founded in 2016, Hitotoki Travel is a licensed Japan-based luxury travel agency and DMC dedicated exclusively to bespoke journeys across Japan for international travelers. Since its founding, the company has designed over 1,000 custom itineraries for international travelers and has received seven consecutive World Travel Awards nominations (2019–2025). Hitotoki was also selected as an official JNTO representative at ILTM Cannes 2025 and is a founding member of the Hospitality Industry Club of Japan (HICJ).

THE FOUNDER | ALEX DEBS
Born in France, Alex started traveling very young and developed a strong interest in discovering new cultures. A long term resident of Japan, Alex has been working in Tokyo-based travel agencies as Marketing Manager and Tokyo Office Manager for years. He then walked the country by and large to unearth hidden jewels and establish close relationships with local partners.
Alex is perfectly fluent in English, Japanese and French. He also has a good knowledge of Arabic.
